agreements with selected producers are the

The certification according to ISO 9001:2015 in
combination with professional engineers in
the fields of ceramics, mineralogy, and chemistry
are the key to understand customer requirements
and to translate them into the day to day
work of supply to most refractory companies,
but also in some other applications, throughout
Europe.
A dedicated back office insures the follow
up on the shipment of the raw materials from
overseas, the permanent availability of safety
stocks in major ocean ports in Europe, and
the tracing of each order. A permanent proactive
communication with all potential consumers
informs them about the various supply options

of integrated services to the minerals which
start from drying, primary crushing, and classification

are designed to help the customers to quote
for potential business without having the
materials in their own inventory or to optimise
their jit-strategies. Packing of processed
minerals in 25/50 kg bags or big bags is a
standard but the bulk supply from silo units
is of course the most competitive service
which can be offered. All these services can
of course also be supplied on a toll basis
for a raw material which a customer provides
himself.
Even though that the performance of refractory
products has been the leading idea in the
development of refractory products over the
last years, the competitiveness of the market
leads to the investigation of the usage of
secondary raw materials of recycled products.
Above mentioned processing services can of
course also be offered on secondary raw materials
and in addition for this range a special secondary
magnetic treatment can be added.
To increase the customer's flexibility and
internal cost Europe

grain sizes or flours of the various raw materials
and secondary raw materials a service of weighed
component systems in big bags which eventually
can allow the customer to reduce logistical
cost.
